Joshua K. Jackson’s - Sleepless in Soho

I have a great fondness for the city of London. When I think of it, I think of it as black and white with a strong dose of grit. My vision of the city is based partly on the years I lived there, as well as on my love of Robert Frank’s photographs of London, Humphrey Spender’s work, and the Beatles in Hard Day’s Night.
Joshua K. Jackson’s book Sleepless in Soho published by Setanta Books blows up that preconception by presenting a group of color photos of Soho after dark. The photos are forcefully composed with strong splashes of primary colors.
